Young and Energetic since the day he started his journey, Mr. Roshan Menezes has never depreciated in terms of his enthusiasm and dedication towards redefining education and its methodology standards through his work at Carmel High School. His journey as the administrator of Carmel took shape in the year 1997 after his predecessor Late Mr. Alexander Menezes, his father, vested his full faith and power in his potential to be the next leader of Carmel Education Society®
As one walks into the premises of Carmel High School, one can observe the class and personal touch of Mr. Menezes’ flair towards providing top-quality infrastructure and design that facilitates maximum all-around development of his students. He believes that quality education is essential for students, while accessibility to the best facilities for a comfortable yet fruitful journey for staff and students at Carmel is what he prioritizes the most.
He has been a recipient of the Rashtriya Rattan Award by the global economic council and a proud awardee of the APJ Abdul Kalam Excellence Award for outstanding individual achievements and distinguished service in education.
Education in his school is a shared commitment between dedicated teachers, motivated students, and enthusiastic parents. He considers Carmel a progressive school aiming to prepare students for a rapidly changing world by equipping them with critical thinking skills and respect for core values of honesty, loyalty, and compassion.
